All the taxes are applicable according to the Government law and will be subjected to change as per the government change. Important Booking may only be accepted on receipt of every client completed and signed questionnaire, which may be faxed/ emailed to us. This should be completed accurately. We regret that riders who don’t comply with these terms and conditions will not be permitted to ride. We can turn down any rider if the management feels is not capable of handling the horses properly or is an inconvenience to the group during the ride or is under the influence of alcohol or any drug and causing danger to others and the horse.

5% handling fee will be charged on all credit card payments. Single supplement at 50% of daily rate if not prepared to share twin-bedded accommodation.
All payments to be made to Mandawa safaris in Indian Rupees or equivalent to Indian Rupees either in Dollars, Euros or Pounds or to the agreed currency. A 30 % deposit on the accommodation figure is required to confirm all bookings within 15 days of written confirmation otherwise the booking will be taken to be provisional and will be liable for cancellation by Mandawa safaris. The balance of payment must be made no later than 60 days before the starting date of the horse safari. Otherwise booking will be deemed as cancelled. All safaris are subject to a non-refundable deposit. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit payment may be deferred to a future booking at the discretion of Mandawa safaris. Otherwise, our cancellation policy is as follows.

Confirmation – 61 Days prior to the date of arrival: 30% deposit if forfeited.

60-31 Days prior to the date of arrival: 50% of total safari cost is forfeited.

30-0 Days prior to the date of arrival: 100% of total safari cost is forfeited.

When making your transfer, please instruct your bank that the beneficiary (Mandawa safaris) should receive the full invoice amount, with no charges deducted.
